Return Policies

- Withdrawal Right: In consideration of the terms and delivery conditions foreseen, and in compliance with the regulatory standards that are applicable to it, the product return process may be carried out taking into account the following return policies defined by the Company, and covered by current regulations: a) The return request must be notified to Phax within thirty (30) days after receiving the product. To request a return, the customer must contact the customer service line number 310 460 30 58, or by email ola@phax.com.co. b) The products must be sent, unworn and retaining the labels and original packaging with which they were delivered. c) The customer must return the product by the same means and in the same conditions in which it was received. The transportation costs and the others that entail the return of the good will be covered by the client. In case of a valid return in accordance with these return policies, and therefore, use of the right of withdrawal, Phax must refund the purchase price that the customer has paid for the returned product, within ten days following receipt of the product or cancellation of the contract.

 

However, the process of repayment of the amount paid may take up to 30 calendar days from the moment the client exercised the right of withdrawal, since, in case of payment by credit card, the financial institution (Redeban or Credibanco) ) may take more time to apply the refund to your account. Should it be found that, despite the requirements duly informed to the client for the configuration of the right of withdrawal, Phax finds that the product was not returned under the same conditions in which it was delivered, or that it has been damaged by an act or omission attributable to the customer, Phax shall be entitled to abstain from recognizing the right of withdrawal requested by the customer.

- Disclaimer: Phax will be exempt from any liability for any damage or variation that  the product may suffer, derived from a fact or circumstance caused by force majeure or fortuitous event, which has been an improper use of the good by the client, ignoring the instructions of labeling regarding the use and care of the product, or that by actions of a third party may have caused damage to the product.

- Return Policy: You can return your Phax purchase made in our online store, within 30 days from the date you received the package, and Phax will refund the total price. If the return is made outside this period or the item has been used, damaged or not shipped in its original packaging, Phax will not be able to accept the return and to reimburse the payment. Refunds of clothing will only be accepted if the original labeling has not been removed. It is important that when you make the return, consider all the products of the same order you want to return. In case you request a second return of the same order Phax reserves the right to accept or reject the second request.

- Exchange Policy: If you want to exchange a product, you must return your purchase requesting a refund and place a new order. It is only possible to receive a refund if this is done according to our return policy. The refund of the purchase will be by depositing the amount to your bank account.

- Damaged or defective products: For Phax, the excellent quality of its products is one of the decisive factors for the customer when making a purchase. For this reason, all our productive and clothing efforts are focused on offering products of the highest quality, ensuring the loyalty of our customers.

 

Once the damaged or defective product is received, Phax quality control department must review it to identify the cause of the return and the damage caused to the product, finding that if this is a consequence of a manufacturing defect, the amount will be refunded. Nevertheless, if it is found out that damage is a consequence of lack of care and misuse of the product or due to force majeure or fortuitous event, Phax will refrain from paying back the product initially paid, and will return the property acquired under the same conditions in which was received to be reviewed in terms of quality. Phax refrains from refunding the money paid for products purchased at the following events:

to. If the products have been acquired by any distribution channel and / or marketing different from our virtual store www.phax. com.co.

b. If the products show damage caused by misuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame source, a lot of heat, sharp objects, etc.)

c. If the products feature damages caused by improper use or by neglecting the washing instructions contained in the labels attached to the product that contain information related to fabrics care
